Property was cool, with attentive staff and amazing location in calling a yellow cab to go to the airport. The room was functional and neat with a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the private bathroom. We stayed here for 7 nights and liked the place.

The breakfast was good, especially the coffee, eggs, and bacon. Last time I stayed, I had a fantastic room with nice views.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the doormen to the breakfast staff. The location was perfect – close to Times Square, Central Park, and easily accessible to transportation. The comfortable king-sized bed and complimentary breakfast were a definite plus after a day of exploring the city.

The rooms were a bit small, and the noise from above on the higher floors was bothersome for some guests. Additionally, there were issues with the thermostat in some rooms, making it difficult to regulate the temperature effectively.

I had a well-priced room with nice views. There were tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator too. the staff, everyone, was efficient and attentive. the location was fab for me, in the heart of NYC.

Jaw-dropping complimentary upgrade, above-average breakfast , amazing staff , Empire State Building view, quiet room despite being near elevator, fantastic location near Times Square and Penn station, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, accommodating staff, pleasant and helpful evening staff, made us feel super comfortable, the best!

The property's central location near a train station made our vacation really nice. Being in a local area close to a long-standing department store was convenient. the breakfast at the nice restaurant was enjoyable. the city view was a good bonus. the staff were extremely friendly and competent, offering free wake up calls and ironing services.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and incredible - at a moderate distance from a long-standing department store. the area was busy just off the attractions in Times Square, Penn Sta/bus terminal, and several subway lines. - I was given a well-furnished and well-laid-out room with a king-size bed and sofa.

I stayed at this place for 1 night and had breakfast at the lobby restaurant; the location was great and there was a well-known department store nearby.

I felt like I was in a comedy show with the shower leaking, squeaky toilet, and uncleaned room.

The room at Hyatt Place New York City/Times Square was cozy and super comfortable. I loved the air conditioning and the flat-screen TV which made my stay so relaxing after a long day of exploring the city.

I personally found the bathroom a bit small, but others might not mind it at all.
